This cuddly toy is entirely hand-knitted in a fair trade workshop in Bolivia. Its careful production contributes to preserving know-how and techniques that respect humans and nature . It is made of pure baby alpaca wool, a very soft antibacterial material , particularly suitable for sensitive skin.

Washing
You can wash your comforter in the machine at 30°C, on a wool or delicate cycle. However, we advise you to wash it by hand as often as possible, in cold water, with a mild detergent, such as baby shampoo. Leave to soak for a few minutes, rub gently then rinse. Carefully squeeze out excess water before leaving to dry flat in the open air on a dry towel.

Delivery by appointment
For a furniture order, the latter most often goes through specialized transport solutions. In this case, To ensure that the delivery of your order goes as smoothly as possible, please ensure that you respect the following procedure:

By following this simple procedure, damaged packages will be taken care of and replaced by the carrier's insurance, which will assume the replacement costs (parts and transport).
Failing the application of this procedure, all accepted packages will become the property of the customer who received the order, and the replacement and transport costs will be their responsibility. They will not be covered by Babykare.
The warranty does not cover transport damage.
Return and refund: you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your package to return your package to us (legal deadline). Reimbursement will only be made if the product is intact and shows no trace of mishandling.
The return must be made in its original box for it to be taken into account. We therefore ask you to keep the box upon receipt during this period to avoid potential refusals of returns.
