HOW WE ORDER AND PLACE
The wallpaper is sold in panels/strips measuring 53x280 cm. To order the wallpaper, please provide the exact width of the wall, and the system will calculate how many panels/strips need to be ordered. Remember to add 5 cm to the width to allow for a safety margin (this will help avoid a nervous situation if it turns out that the walls are slightly crooked and the final result is not satisfactory; having a margin will allow you to achieve a perfect fit of the wallpaper to the wall). We glue the wallpaper one strip next to the other - butt-together, the panels do not overlap. The application is simple and does not require specialist knowledge. All necessary instructions are included in the set, making installing the wallpaper on the wall quick and convenient. For gluing, we recommend using strong glue for non-woven wallpapers, e.g. Flugger 377 (already mixed) or Metylan Direct (powder, to be mixed).

The delivery time takes into account the following elements:

Delivery by appointment
For a furniture order, the latter most often goes through specialized transport solutions. In this case, To ensure that the delivery of your order goes as smoothly as possible, please ensure that you respect the following procedure:
• The customer must be present at reception, never ask the driver to unload the items into his warehouse himself without his presence
• Each package must be inspected one by one

• Send us immediately by email the photos of the damaged boxes as well as your comments on the BL to the address support@babykare.eu
By following this simple procedure, damaged packages will be taken care of and replaced by the carrier's insurance, which will assume the replacement costs (parts and transport).
Failing the application of this procedure, all accepted packages will become the property of the customer who received the order, and the replacement and transport costs will be their responsibility. They will not be covered by Babykare.
The warranty does not cover transport damage.
Return and refund: you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your package to return your package to us (legal deadline). Reimbursement will only be made if the product is intact and shows no trace of mishandling.
The return must be made in its original box for it to be taken into account. We therefore ask you to keep the box upon receipt during this period to avoid potential refusals of returns.
We offer you 2 options when refunding, either in the form of credit to spend on babykare.eu, or in reimbursement via the payment method used during the purchase.
